Dr. Freddy Herx is a chiropractor from St. Augustine, Florida with a passion for movement-based health care. With a strong academic foundation, he earned his B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Herx specializes in optimizing a person’s natural ability to heal, with an emphasis on how the spine, nervous system, and body function as a unit. By restoring proper movement and balance, he helps patients reduce pain, improve performance, and avoid unnecessary medications or surgery—supporting long-term health both inside and outside the gym.
